EXPEDITION PARTNERS DELIGHTED BY GROWING LIST OF SPONSORS

Andrew Regan and Professor Chris Toumazou – joint architects of the partnership between the Moon Regan Transantarctic Expedition and Imperial College London – have welcomed the ‘long and distinguished’ list of sponsors of the Expedition. ‘Research is at the heart of the Expedition’ says Andrew Regan ‘and our sponsors recognise this rare opportunity to be involved.’
Both men paid tribute to Professor Winston Wong, the Expedition’s main sponsor, whose involvement made the Expedition possible.
Many other sponsors are donating or lending state-of-the-art kit to the Expedition – from heated gilets and gloves for the Winston Wong Bio-Inspired Ice Vehicle (BIV) driver, to highly sophisticated measuring equipment for the Science Support Vehicle mobile laboratory.
